This typical three bedroom Alentejo house is located in a private estate very close to the village of Zambujeira do Mar.

This lovely countryside house has three bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms and also terrace with BBQ.

In front of the house, there a small football pitch. This is a lovely area for outdoor sports.

The Zambujeira beach and the center of the village of Zambujeira do Mar are within 5 minutes walk , where there are plenty of typical restaurants and bars.

Private parking included.

Apart from busy August, Zambujeira is really quiet, a place surrounded by nature, combining the best of both sea side and country side.

This 20,000 square meters private property is located right at the entrance of the Zambujeira village, about 5 minutes walk to the village centre and Zambujeira beach.

Zambujeira do Mar is located in the region of Alentejo Litoral, close to the Costa Vicentina natural park, 220 Kms far from Lissabon and about 140 Kms from Faro, in Algarve.

Not being in the village centre, provides this place all the quietness and tranquillity of living in the country side, with year the village centre within close walking distance.

Trees and grass consist most of the surrounding landscape.

The main and only road to the village centre ( the whole village doesn’t have more than a few streets) is EM500, which links Zambujeira do Mar to the city of S.Teotonio, where passes the N120 national road.

Zambujeira do Mar is a very peaceful and easy-going village, apart from August when it can get really crowded.

Zambujeira is ideal for those who want to be close to nature, and ideally combining both sea side and country side.

Ideal for horse-riding, off-road, cycling, bird watching, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, or simply sun-bathing or walking through the beautiful and unique coastline around Zambujeira.
