Classic Maine summer cottage with big porch and lawn perfect for watching the boats go by. Been in family for 17 years. We are not realtors! Located at head of Linekin Bay (famed for sailing) with views to open ocean. Waterfront lawn with southern exposure gets sun all day long. Lawn has full set of comfy redwood lawn furniture and cushions. Deepwater dock with large float to sunbathe, read, dangle your feet, swim, attach your boat, watch the stars, or drink a cocktail at sunset. The cottage is in a tranquil location surrounded by trees and water, yet 1.5 miles from Boothbay Harbor with shops, lobsters, tennis, restaurants, boat trips, and much more. Four bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 (1st floor): 1 queen with full bathroom; Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): 1 king (can be converted to 2 twins); Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): 2 twins; Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Bunkbed (small room)- PARTIAL WEEK RENTALS POSSIBLE
