Log cabin in Worcester, New York nestled on six wooded acres on a private road across the road from a stocked pond. 35 minutes from Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame, antiques, beach and boating, and craft shops), and two college town of Oneonta (restaurants, movies, shopping, Soccer Hall of Fame) and Cobleskill. (Howe and Secret Caverns, American Indian Museum). Spectacular Fall foliage. Guests appreciate the closeness of nature and quiet time to rediscover each other. Many write in the guest book that they find that they preferred to stay in the cabin rather than sightseeing. A perfect spot for the artistic and writers. Families can enjoy fishing, hiking, searching for fossils, golfing and whatever else nature provides. Romantic for couples.

Awesome retreat.....

What a spectacular alternative for our family vacation. My wife, 5 kids, and I had a great time at the cabin. Very close to activities like Howe Caverns and Cooperstown which we were sure to check out while we were there. I only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the cabin itself. I am thinking romantic getaway next time :)

Thank you again for a wonderful stay....

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is interested in taking in the area attractions or is just looking for some very peaceful time to get away from it all.

Wish we had longer to stay! Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Took the kids fishing , the fish weren't biting but lots of laughs and good memories. Hope to come again someday. On Sunday morning at the pond we heard church bells ringing in the distance. On what a joy to hear! My son and I were 30 feet from an 8 point buck - a great experience for him. Lots of laughs around the fire pit and the hot dogs were great. Thank you for sharing this place!

my wife and i had a great time getting away from the city noise and this cabin was the perfect recipe with its atmosphere. we felt like home when we arrived and our only regret was that we couldn't stay a lot longer. amazing!

A Relaxing Retreat

We just spent another wonderful weekend at the cabin. We very much treasure our yearly visits here. We celebrated Ryan's 27th birthday this past visit. From boating trips in Cooperstown to blueberry picking and go-carts we had a really fun weekend. Hope to come back soon. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

What a wonderful time our family had this week! Our family of 5 enjoyed this cabin. It was more than we expected from the description - clean, well-maintained, quiet little hideaway. Our kids especially liked the loft bedrooms. And it was conveniently located just 30 minutes from most attractions. We would definately go back!
