The Casale Monferrato, homogeneous area of ??the Province of Alessandria in Piedmont has managed to remain at 'human scale'. It 'a land rich in history (and it shows with each step), then the fascinating architectural delights in addition to natural (it is' unique', we write it once, the red of the vineyards). The predominantly hilly, is varied areas completely covered with vineyards alternate with forests, densely populated and dotted with farms, alternate remote valleys. The eye is immediately drawn to the majestic moles of numerous castles, towers and ruins still crown the hills and almost all are a legacy of historic and artistic interest, offering the visitor a picture suggestive of ancient power and warrior of unparalleled beauty. Do not forget, however, the mystical charm, as well as architecture, evident by the numerous abbeys, churches and chapels that dot the paths of every quarter Monferrato. From the hilly spurs you can admire the picturesque appearance of the landscape crisscrossed by meandering path of the Po plain rice and it assumes, to the reflections of the sun, this particular effect to 'mirror'. In winter can almost touch the majestic snow-capped Alps. An area that is pristine and in fact witnessing a smart recovery (see also farm which means pure foods and natural wines). Casale, forty thousand inhabitants, the undisputed charm of a 'capital', by itself deserves a visit for its monuments but also for its 'shopping' (very fine crafts). Casale back even more capital to trade fairs and major events (such as the exhibition of St. Joseph, spring sample) when the whole city is crowded by the inhabitants of neighboring countries, the 'countryside', or as we say today of the district, which join the growing number of tourists. The highway of the Tunnel (Main house has two toll) has taken the city by a road isolation. It is strengthening the railway (Middle Valley). And 'the study also inland waterways.
