Sleeps 2/3. Top floor air conditioned Studio Apartment. 5 minutes to the beach.

This well presented Studio apartment offers one of the best panoramic views of Nice and the Mediterranean sea. The communal pool with separate baby pool is located within the ground floor terrace, there is also an allocated parking space in the underground car park which are both served by lifts in the residence. The accommodation benefits from a modern well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The lounge area comes with plenty of storage to help make your stay comfortable. With its impressive view, the good sized balcony has a table and chairs for dining.

Adventure further into the old town of Nice itself and you won't be dissapointed for choice! Close by is a mini-supermarket which carries most provisions that one may need during their stay.
