Near the beach, located in the small town of s'Horta and only 4 km from Cala d'Or. If you like Golf s'Horta is one of the main golf courses in Mallorca. At only 6 km from a beautiful virgin cove, Cala Sanau. House on one level, with an area of ??110m2, built on a plot of 3. 000m2. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen (amended in 2012). Outside is a terrace with porch, outdoor terrace, lawn and pool. The house is surrounded by fruit trees such as pear, lemon, orange ... The house is located near the village, easy access by a secondary road and not hear traffic as it is not near the road.

PERFECT FOR A FAMILY VACATION

We truly enjoyed spending a week in this charming house. It is very well taken care of, clean and you will find everything you need.
It's situated in a quiet area totally secluded from neighbors.

Pool area is nice and in the garden you can pick your own lemons for the evening drink!

We hope to be back next year and can highly recommend it!

SEHR SCHÖNE FINCA

Wir haben im Juni 2014 unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen
Finca verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der
Finca ist sehr zentral. Es ist sehr ruhig und doch nicht weit von S`Horta entfernt, sodass man auch per Fuss mal schnell in das Ort laufen kann.
Die Finca ist sehr sauber und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr dort sehr wohlgefühlt und werden
bestimmt unseren Urlaub nochmal in diesem Haus verbringen.

WUNDERSCHÖNE VILLA

Wir haben zu fünft (3 Erw., 2 Kinder) in der Finca gewohnt und dort eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Woche verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt eher ländlich und doch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in den nächsten größeren Orten wie Cala d´Or und Portocolom, wo es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist aber auch fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso der Ortskern von s´Horta mit ein paar kleineren Restaurants/Bars wie Es Babot, das wir sehr empfehlen können.
Die Finca liegt auf einem großzügigen, nicht einsehbaren Gelände mit einem wirklich schönen Obstgarten (Zitronen, Limonen, Weintrauben, Äpfel, ...), blühenden Blumen und einer überdachten Terrasse. Der Pool lädt durch seine unterschiedlichen Tiefen sowohl zum Planschen als auch zum Schwimmen ein. Gerne haben wir abends auch die Außengrillstelle genutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist recht neu und sehr geschmackvoll.
Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und schon vor der Reise bestand ein netter Email-Kontakt.
Insgesamt ist es eine Finca zum Wohlfühlen, die wir absolut empfehlen können und in die wir auch selbst gerne wieder zurückkommen werden!

FINCA CAN PERE JUAN

Wir haben diese Finca zu viert genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Vorab und auch vor Ort verlief der Kontakt mit Xisca problemlos und sehr herzlich. Sie konnte uns in allen Fragen weiterhelfen.
Die Finca selbst hat eine schöne Lage, sehr ruhig und ungestört. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an sehr schönen Buchten oder größeren Städten. Im Ort gibt es auch einen Einkaufsmarkt, Apotheke, Restaurant oder Bäcker.
In der Finca selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sie hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen tollen, sauberen Pool.
