Centrally located in the Randstad, Leiden is situated between Amsterdam and the watersports area Kagerplassen. The Kagerplassen are a true paradise for lovers of sailing, canoeing, rowing, water skiing, skating and fishing. In Buitenkaag and Kaag, a total of more than 150 open boats for rent. Despite all the water sports Kaag breathes tranquility and magnificent views over water meadows and typical Dutch windmills. It is also relax on the terraces at the water. There are several restaurants in the village, cafes and sailing schools. But the lovers of sea, beach and clubs are in the right place with Noordwijk on 20 minutes from the house! From the house you are with the car in 25 minutes in the government city of The Hague or in the center of Amsterdam with all its shops, museums, attractions and restaurants.
