Modern 5 Bed Offering Luxury And Comfort, Peace And Privacy

Situated on its own grounds in the heart of Castlegregory, this modern residence (built 2010) offers the perfect home base to explore the beautiful Dingle peninsula. Living space includes a large hall, large kitchen / dining area, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for the avid cook and table has ample seating for 14. There is also a separate pantry / preparation area with second fridge to cater for groups. Adjacent to the kitchen are 2 sitting rooms both with open fireplaces. Panoramic windows offer stunning views of Mount Brandon and Brandon Point. Large patio with furniture and Weber BBQ. There is underfloor heating throughout the house making for very cosy living conditions. A separate garage has plenty of storage space, an outdoor shower and wet room take the remains of sand and muck following a day at the beach or at the end of a days fishing or hiking!

Golf courses include Castlegregory, Tralee, Dingle, Dooks and Ballybunion.

11 of us stayed in this fabulous holiday house which was absolutely gorgeous. It is very spacious, has all mod cons, is so well equipped and has the best of everything. Cooking was made easy with every possible kitchen aid and loads of lovely crockery and glasses. We had plenty of room for the three generations to relax and it is so handy for a) the village - you can walk to shops, pubs restaurants and b) lots of gorgeous walks to beaches, hills - minutes from the front door. The location is fantastic as some of our party went off golfing, horse-riding, others pottered about, some cycled and there are lovely places to visit by foot and by car.
The down side - leaving the house which is stunning and so luxurious I didn't want to go home! I would definitely go back.
