• 5 % discount on 14+ days and over will be given for booking second week in all seasons. 10% discount if you book more than 1 apartment. Electricity & cleaning included. A Euro 150 refundable breakages and damages deposit is required. This is repaid on check out after inventory check by the property manager. Please report any damages or issues to the property manager. Check in is 2pm or later. Check out is 11am. For special early or late check in /check out please enquire prior to arrival.

• Montenegro Tourist Tax. Please be advised that a Montenegro tourist tax now applies to all foreign holiday guests staying within the country. This is currently set at 0.80 Euros per person per day. 0.40 Euros for children under 18 years but is NOT charged for children under 12 years old. You should pay this small amount to the property manager on arrival at the apartment who will log your stay and handover the keys to your apartment.
