The comunal areas in the house are big entrance hall, dining room with open fire place, living room with a chill out area, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and courtyard-garden.
The four big bedroom-suites include two well defined areas and bathroom, bed linen and towels, double bed with memory foam Mattress, latex pillows, TV and DVD, as well as decorated with antique pieces and utils.
The house has an open fire pellet stoves, cots, high chairs outsider furniture, TV/DVD, WI/FI, small library with books and films and selection of table games.

The house is located in the small, quiet village of Romanones, in the popular region of La Alcarria, on the plain of San Andres stream where it flows in Tajuña river.
The village has some interesting examples of alcarreña tradicional architecture like “Casa del añil” , “Casa solariega de los Figueroa”, Parish church of San Pedro from XVI Century and numerous cellars – cellars of Arab origin and Middle Age.
The village of Romanones is 50 min. from Madrid, 1 hour to Cuenca, 35 min. to Barajas ( Madrid ) airport. The city of Guadalajara is 10 min. away, where you can visit the “ Infantado Palace “ and the Cathedral among other monuments.
