New sunroom with deck, sliders, and ceiling fan; new kitchen; pergo type floors floors and completely renovated interior. Private, professionally decorated, with generous tile shower. Swimming, boating, and fishing. Cool, lake effect, upstate NY nights. AC. Summer house with main house availability for special occasions.

Among the most famous and best thoroughbred tracks in the country. Much history with the turning point of the American Revolution nearby and historical sights and events. Philiadelphia Philharmonic and New York City Ballet visit during the summer. Numerous other headlining performances at the Outdoor Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Lake George Opera Chamber Music. Various dance camp opportunities. Numerous art shows. Many public music events. Great scienic downtown (Old Victorian) with a great open park in center Good jazz and restaurants abound. Skidmore and Empire State College with related events. A great jazz festival and a really good country music festival. Many good golf courses and we are at the lake too. We are not in a group camp; only 2 houses on property. One is private home.

Other Activities: Most Historic Thoroughbred Track, Trotters Track & Racino, Turning Point of American Revolution, Yaddo, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Dance Museum

The Saratoga area of NY is my favorite place to be and had a great time. This cottage was exactly as described. The cottage set far enough back from the main house to be considered private. The owners worked hard to keep things maintained and clean, even after the area had unexpected rain showers that added 8" to the lake. The lake was beautiful. The Blumes were always working on something...just shows that they care about their property, I enjoyed meeting Betty and Bill and know that next time I travel to the area, I will be plan on staying there.
