Esher is a large, spacious house set in a unique countryside village location. The property is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and boasts uninterrupted countryside views. Esher has direct gated access to a country footpath, leading to woodland, riverside walks and cycle paths. Fishing lakes are also within a half mile walk, with Sandown and Shanklin golf club less than 5 minutes dive.
Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout and offers beautiful countryside views. Externally, the property boasts a 32ft heated swimming pool (available from April to October). The large garden area is furnished and offers large patio areas and stunning countryside views. Best suited for families (up to 6 adults and 2 children) but will sleep 8 adults by arrangement.
Due to the ever changing weather, the owners of Esher are investing in a large marquee to cover the pool area. This will in effect make the pool useable in all weathers and provide a wind and rain free environment to enjoy the pool. Part of the patio is also encompassed allowing a sheltered area to sit and enjoy while supervising children.
The marquee will be installed and in operation from approximately 1st September 2013 and for the full 2014 season.
