A four bedroom, 3 bathroom house sleeping up to 8. Large rear garden with stunning countryside views

Esher is a large, spacious house set in a unique countryside village location. The property is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and boasts uninterrupted countryside views. Esher has direct gated access to a country footpath, leading to woodland, riverside walks and cycle paths. Fishing lakes are also within a half mile walk, with Sandown and Shanklin golf club less than 5 minutes dive.

Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout and offers beautiful countryside views. Externally, the property boasts a 32ft heated swimming pool (available from April to October). The large garden area is furnished and offers large patio areas and stunning countryside views. Best suited for families (up to 6 adults and 2 children) but will sleep 8 adults by arrangement.

Please note:

Due to the ever changing weather, the owners of Esher are investing in a large marquee to cover the pool area. This will in effect make the pool useable in all weathers and provide a wind and rain free environment to enjoy the pool. Part of the patio is also encompassed allowing a sheltered area to sit and enjoy while supervising children.

The marquee will be installed and in operation from approximately 1st September 2013 and for the full 2014 season.

Pool available from April – October, exceptional circumstances may affect this. Please check with the owner directly for more information.

Living

Benefits from direct access via double doors to the garden area. Furnished with a two and three seater brown leather sofa, coffee table and coal effect gas fire.

Featuring a 42” flatscreen LCD TV with Freeview, a fitted IPHONE / IPAD docking connection for the TV and a DVD player.

Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property.

The property also benefits from a separate office area furnished with a desk, chair and a selection of novels.

Childrens snug

Features a 32" flatscreen TV, Nintendo Wii and a selection of games.

Kitchen

Spacious kitchen/dining area boasting views of the garden and across to the uninterrupted countryside.

Features a double top Rayburn oven with a built in separate ceramic hob.

Complete with a full range of appliances including fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Full range of utensils and accessories include kettle, toaster, microwave and an LCD 21” flatscreen TV with Freeview.

The dining area features a farm house table with seating for eight.

Situated on the first floor and benefits from country views from the Velux window.

Furnished with a king-size bed, fitted double wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps and a chest of drawers.

The en-suite shower room features a shower cubicle, wash basin and wc.

Childrens bedroom situated on the first floor, decorated with Disney characters.

Furnished with a 4" bed, 2ft 6 twin beds, a single wardrobe and bedside cabinet with lamp.

Bedroom three

Furnished with a double bed, single wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom three is adjacent to the separate shower room.

Bedroom four

Furnished with 2ft 6 twin beds.

The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor and features a bath with electric overhead shower and shower screen, wash basin and wc.

En-suite to bedroom one features a shower cubicle, wash basin and wc.

Stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

32ft x 14ft heated swimming pool, (available from mid April to end of October). The pool is 3ft deep at the shallow end and 6ft deep at the deep end.

Pool will be covered by a marquee from the first of September.

Ample off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

A short drive to the popular town of Sandown and the beach resort of Shanklin Bay.

Fishing lakes within a half mile walk.

The village location is set in woodlands and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside, yet only a five minute drive away you will find the popular town of Sandown and the attractive seaside resort of Shanklin. Here, the seafront is the focal point and features several eating establishments and pubs.

This property especially welcomes families. A cot and highchair are provided free of charge along with a disney themed bedroom and childrens snug with tv, Nintendo Wii Games Console and games.
