60 m2 penthouse with large terrace in the center of Barcelona

The penthouse is ideal for couples (and one child families) who want to spend a romantic holiday in Barcelona, and in turn, be close to major tourist attractions, shops and restaurants! The sofa-bed allows for two additional guests (maximum 5 guests)

It has a suite room (the views are lovely), with a large double bed and bathroom. There is another room, with an individual bed, and a bathroom with shower. It has a large living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine.) On the terrace, furnished, you can sunbathe on loungers or enjoy private dining with beautiful views Barcelona!

There is a doorman during the day throughout the week.

The air conditioning is located nearby the entrance door and you can program it so that it does not stay turned on during all night long.

The washing machine is in the bathroom of the suite bedroom, the instructions are on top of the drying machine, which can be also used.

There is a dishwasher machine with instructions in the kitchen, which can be also used.

Luxury apartment located in the emblematic Paseo de Gracia, a few meters from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Area full of restaurants, shops for the best brands (Armani, Mango, Zara, El Corte Ingles ... and just by the nside of the new Apple Store!), and main popular tourist attractions (Gaudi buildings such as La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló, and Las Ramblas, etc..). The beach is at maximum 10 minutes by metro.

Nearby is the Aerobus stop (direct to the airport in maximum 20 minutes), the subway lines L1, L3 (directly to the Parc Güell and Gracia) and L4 (directly to the beach, Barceloneta or Ciutadella) and the Tourist Bus.

Notes

  • For more than 2 guests, there is an additional fee of 25 euros per additional guest.
    Cost of electricity, water and cleaning included. For stays longer than a week, including cleaning with change of sheets and towels.
    The apartment makes available toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and dishcloth.
  • Check in after 15pm. Check out before 12am. Negotiable and flexible according to guest priority
  • Special rates for stays longer than a week.

    Reservations will be guaranteed as soon as 30% of the total rental price is paid. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

    The rest will be charged the day of entry of the rental period requested.

    In addition, we kindly request a deposit 30% of the total rental price the day of entry. The same amount will be returned the day of your departure if the apartment is on the same terms as your entry.

    As per cancellation policy, for a full refund of the reservation, the cancellation must be made five full days prior to arrival. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday (preferably before check in time).

    A standard Residential House Seasonal Lease Agreement is prepared as we understand that trust and reliability is important to guests.

We came to Barcelona in October and had the best vacation! The apartment suited us perfectly. We had home-made breakfast on the roof terrace and it was just lovely!
The location is perfect also, since it is right on the corner of Pl. Catalunya, so we had many bus lines and a metro station right under the building. Also, the shopping center El Corte Ingles is across the street and it has a supermarket, so we could easily get our food there.
The street is rather noisy, but in October it was cool enough to close the windows at night, and the apartment does have air conditioning so I believe it should be quiet in the summer as well.
