The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking.

Characteristic of this apartment is the view of one of the most famous streets of Venice: Ruga Rialto with its small shops and restaurants.

  • The cancellation of a reservation, even if substituted with another reservation, foresees the payment of the following fines: starting from the day of the reservation until 10 days before the beginning of the lease, you will be charged with 30% of the total price of the reservation/ from day 9 to the day of the beginning of the lease you will be charged with 100% of the total price of the reservation. The reception service, as well as the cleaning service, is included in the total price present in the voucher in the moment of the reservation and it is applicable until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. until 11.30 p.m., there will be an extra charge of €20.00, after 11.30 p.m. an extra charge of € 40.00.
  • Deposit: At the moment of your arrival, after having visited your apartment, we will ask you your valid credit card from which we will block an amount of 250,00 Euro as a warranty until the date of the check out. Each and every request for extra laundry services will be in charge of the company you (or the owner of the apartment) have selected for the reception and cleaning services, at a cost of € 10.00 per person. Crib upon request (extra €10.00), linen included.
