A beautiful apartment in the heart of the historical centre of Venice, only 5 minutes away from the municipal Casino. Even though it is only a 15 minutes walk away from St. Mark's square it offers unique and rare tranquillity. The apartment is completely restored and furnished with prestigious furniture. It is on the ground floor, facing a typical Venetian canal with a separate and private entrance and consists of a double room, living area with kitchen view, a sofa bed for 2 and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. The apartment has an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning and independent heating system.

The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova', which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along 'Rio della Sensa. '

The vaporetto stop more convenient is S. Marcuola, adjacent to the Casino of Venice.

The reception service, as well as the cleaning service, is included in the total price present in the voucher in the moment of the reservation and it is applicable until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. until 11.30 p.m., there will be an extra charge of €20.00, after 11.30 p.m. an extra charge of € 40.00.
  • Deposit: At the moment of your arrival, after having visited your apartment, we will ask you your valid credit card from which we will block an amount of 250,00 euro as a warranty Each and every request for extra laundry services will be in charge of the company you (or the owner of the apartment) have selected for the reception and cleaning services, at a cost of € 10.00 per person. Crib upon request (extra €10.00), linen included.
