  • $555 to $1140 per week plus 13,75% occupancy tax
  • Prime Season (June 9 - August 10):
    $1140/week plus approx 13% occupancy tax

    We are not able to rent to anyone under 25 years of age,
  • We will rent this unit in conjunction with our attached one bedroom unit, The Pilot House, at a special rate. That then is two units with a total of three bedrooms. The rate is $1445 per week during the Prime season.
