The Cwtch Barn is a converted barn situated on the outskirts of Paignton, only a short drive from the seafront.

The property is a reverse level barn, with the living areas on the top floor to make the most of the floor to ceiling windows creating a light and airy space. The barn has been fully converted to a high standard and benefits from contemporary furnishings. Externally there is a pretty enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Please note – This property is able to accept up to two small dogs. This property requires a £250 refundable security deposit on all bookings. Please check with the owner directly for more information.

Living

Open plan living/kitchen/dining area situated on the ground floor. Benefits from floor to ceiling windows overlooking the rear garden. Furnished with three sofas seating nine, coffee table and woodburner. Features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with an intergrated hard drive containing a large selection of films, CD player and radio.

The dining area is furnished with a table and seating for eight.

Kitchen

Situated on the ground floor and features an electric oven, gas five ring hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Fully equipped with a range of utensils and accessories including a microwave, toaster, kettle and TV.

Separate utility on the ground floor features a washer dryer.

Situated on the lower ground floor.

Furnished with a king-size bed, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets complete with lamps.

The Cwtch Barn is situated in a rural area on the outskirts of Paignton, opposite Occombe Farm. A working farm complete with a nature trail, farm shop and cafe, serving a wide range of local food and drink.

Paignton is a short drive away and is one of the most popular destinations for families in the English Riviera. The area has a host of attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, cinema and beautiful golden sands that will keep the whole family entertained.
