A 4 bedroom period property set over 3 floors, sleeps 8

Solstice is a delightful period property set over three floors, in an excellent location. The property has stunning estuary views of Kingswear and of the mouth of the River Dart.

Located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, with its many boutique shops, cafes and high quality restaurants to enjoy. Dartmouth is also home to the impressive Britannia Royal Naval College. Being a waterside town, Dartmouth is the ideal place to sit back and watch the boats go by.

There are some great beaches in the area, with the closet being Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, a 15 minute drive away. There really is so much to do in the region from zoos to museums or alternatively, you could just take it easy and enjoy the spectacular natural beauty right on the doorstep.

Internally the property has a contemporary feel and benefits from stunning views, externally the property offers a patio and decking area complete with furniture.
