38 Moorings Reach is a 4 bedroom town house set over four floors in this award winning development in Brixham. The property is set in the second row, affording it a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location overlooking the marina and the bay.

Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout and benefits from patio doors in the living area leading onto a small balcony and boasts spectacular views of Brixham outer harbour and over to Paignton from the master bedroom.

Brixham centre is a few minute’s leisurely walk along the harbour to where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. Moorings Reach is accessed by a security gate, leading to the designated parking space.

Please note: This property can only accept stays of a minimum 4 nights.

Free of charge highchair, travel cot and stair gate are available.
