Positioned just one mile south of St Ives, Carbis Bay plays host to a popular family beach and is often frequented by walkers enjoying the delights and challenges of the South West Coastal Path. The neighbouring seaside resort of St Ives is renowned for its artists who constantly draw inspiration from the landscape whilst also being the home of Tate St Ives.

Helios is a first floor apartment and utilises its elevated position to offer views over Carbis Bay and the dramatic Cornish coastline. Internally the property is tastefully furnished and features all the home comforts you would expect, including a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing whirlpool bath. The 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests with the two main bedrooms benefiting from sea views. Externally the balconies are great for soaking up the fresh sea air, simply gazing at the stunning view or basking in the evening sunshine. For guests visiting during the chillier winter months then the under floor heating will ensure a warm welcome.

Please note: This property has a Friday - Friday changeover and cannot accommodate short breaks.

Living area leads out onto the slate tiled balcony offering fantastic beach and sea views along the coast to St Agnes.

Open plan living area furnished with a four person settee sofa, matching armchair, 'slinky' chaise longue, foot stool and occasional tables.

Bedroom three is situated on the upper floor and benefits from far reaching sea views from the two velux windows, which are fitted with night sky decorative blackout blinds.

Furnished with two single beds, bedside units with matching lamps, dressing table with wall mounted mirror, built in wardrobe cupboard, sofa and a pair of wicker chairs.

Features a 19" digital TV with DVD player and Playstation.

A travel cot is provided free-of-charge (without linen).

En-suite is fully tiled and comprises of a shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and a mirror.

Bathroom

Main family bathroom is fully tiled and situated on the main floor between bedrooms one and two.

The bathroom comprises of a whirlpool bath with overhead shower, wc, wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail
