Penthouse with full sea view and large outdoor spaces, including totally private terrace with mini pool, barbecue area and large balconies. It is located in Cruz Quebrada (Boksburg), next to the best beaches on the Estoril Coast, with excellent conditions for the practice of surf, and Jamor sports complex, with new golf course with 9 holes, athletic tracks, football fields , lake, swimming pool, among other activities. A 5 minute walk from the train to Lisbon (10minutes) and Cascais (15minutes). The penthouse has 300 m2, 1st floor consists of a dining room and living room (30m2) with balcony, a kitchen (30m) fully equipped with complimentary BBQ area, 2 bedrooms (30m2 and 20m2) with bathroom , one with double bed and one with two single beds and one guest toilet. The 2nd floor consists of a lounge of 60m2 and 15m2 suite with bathroom facing with large windows to the totally private terrace of 60m2 with full sea view and mini pool. This home has plenty of sunlight and is very close to the main tourist attractions of Lisbon and Cascais, very close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, etc.. You can always rent a car as it allows to visit other beautiful places like Sintra (15km), Mafra, among others.

The house is ideal to spend a great holiday with family.

WONDERFUL PLACE, GREAT VALUE

We have chosen this great appartement for a weeks holiday in October. The appartement and all the amenities were in perfect condition. The whole appartement including the terraces, pool, barbecue area etc etc. were exactly as described and to our entire satisfaction. With it's size of almost 300 sqm the appartement provided not only all amenities we needed but also plenty of room the relax and enjoy. The suuroundig area is usually quiet and the neigbours are very friendly.
A little problem with the boiler left us without warm water for a moment but with the immediate help provided by the owner the issue was straightened out. The owner also was very flexible with the handower times which helped us very much and provided us with valuable information about the cruz-quebrada area.
The appartement is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the cruz-quebrada train station on the cascais line. This takes you downtown lisbon in 12 minutes. nevertheless we recommend to hire a car because there is a lot more to discover in the region at comparably short distances (Sintra, Mafra, Estoril, Oeiras, several beaches, etc) but only few public transport opportunities.
If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay in the Lisbon area and want to enjoy your time on your private terrace, watching the sunset over the bay with your family or friends, this is definitely the place for you.

FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE

We stayed in August 2012 two weeks in this fantastic penthouse which is situated near by Lisbon (10 min. by car), Sintra, Mafra and several beaches.

This residence is silent, clean, well endowed (luxurious) and very spacious with a great sea view (as on the photos).
It's a place to relax completely.

The owner is friendly and courteous.

We enjoyed a lot our holidays there and would like to come anytime back again.

FANTASTISCHES PENTHOUSE

Wir verbrachten im August 2012 zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem fantastischem Penthouse, das nahe bei Lissabon (10 Min. mit dem Auto), Sintra, Mafra und mehreren Stränden liegt.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sauber, sehr gut (luxuriös) ausgestattet und sehr grossräumig mit einem traumhaften Meerblick (wie auf den Fotos).
Ideal, um sich völlig zu entspannen.

Der Eigentümer ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt äusserst genossen und würden dort jederzeit gerne wieder unsere Ferien verbringen.

The apartment is located very close to the best beaches of the Estoril Coast and the National Sports Centre Jamor, with a field of new 9-hole golf, tennis courts, football pitches and rugby, track and field, rowing, playground among other outdoor activities. Have frontal sea view and is located along the main access, 10 minutes to 10 minutes to Lisbon and Cascais. Bus and train to the port (150 m). Very quiet, ideal for a vacation in a very relaxing and peaceful family.
