Great location, central but quiet. Comfortable and clean. You can easily walk to shops, venues, bars and restaurants....2 minutes from royal mile. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Edinburgh at any time of year. Excellent location to enjoy the fringe festival.

Perfect Apartment in Edinburgh

This is our second time staying at these apartments (family of 4) and I have to say I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated with all the facilities you could need. Steps at the back pf the apartment lead you straight on to the Royal Mile yet the apartment location means that there is no noise at night. We had a car so the complimentary parking space was a great bonus and free wifi meant we could look up places to do, book online etc. Shahid is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble - he really cares that you enjoy your stay and is only at the end of the phone if you need him. 24 hour concierge at reception makes picking up keys easy. We hope to be back again soon.

Spotless modern apartment 1 block from Royal Mile

We were pleasantly surprised by this very nicely decorated and well situated modern apartment. It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures and then better: there is a second large full bath in the hallway and all new appliances in the kitchen, including a microwave oven and a washing machine (or a washer-dryer combination?, not sure since we did not use it) inside a cabinet. The heat, the flat screen TV, and the WIFI all worked, once we figured out how (ask for detailed instructions!). The apartment is on an upper floor with a good elevator, away from the main street and therefore very quiet. A very short block from the Royal Mile, the new Scottish Parliament building, Holyrood Palace, and across from Our Dynamic Earth. As you come out there is a very good view of Arthur's Seat in Holyrood Park. There is also a bus stop right outside, several ATMs, a Tesco supermarket and several restaurants and coffee shops. We did not have a car and did not feel the need for one, since the longest walk-- to Edinburgh Castle-- is a very pleasant stroll on the Royal Mile with plenty of sightseeing, shops, and pubs along the way.
Last but not least, the owner was a pleasure to deal with: a very simple and straightforward transaction and very good email communication. As he promised, the keys were waiting with the concierge when we arrived. This is a great rental that we hope to use again on our next visit to Scotland.

Great apartment in Edinburgh

We have had a fabulous stay in Edinburgh. The apartment was perfect for us (4 adults). Very close to all attractions in Edinburgh (mostly walking distance & buses just outside). Very clean & adequately furnished etc. when we return we would certainly stay here again.
