Overcliff is a three bedroom house situated in the town of Swanage, offering panoramic views across Ballard Down, the cliffs and Swanage Bay and within 100m of the beach.

Internally, Overcliff features a high standard of fixtures and fittings complete with three bathrooms. Externally, this property benefits from a fully furnished terrace and patio area, an ideal place to enjoy the surrounding views of the coastline.

Swanage itself is a traditional Victorian seaside town in the heart of Purbeck, a perfect base for exploring Dorset’s Jurassic Coastline, a World Heritage Site, with Old Harry's Rock is within a 1.5 mile walk directly from the property. The area also offers an array of sandy beaches such as Swanage Beach, winner of the prestigious European 'Blue Flag' award. Within just a hundred metres of Overcliff guests can enjoy the nearby beach and gain direct access to the South West coastal path.

Please note:

This property accepts 7 night bookings with a Friday - Friday changeover all year round. Short breaks can be accepted outside of July and August as long as they are 5 nights minimum in duration and do not overlap the changeover day.

The property is situated just 50m from the cliff edge - children must be kept under supervision at all times.

Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
