1 Harbour View is a newly refurbished apartment located in the town centre of Salcombe. The four bedroom apartment is a stone’s throw away to all the shops, restaurants and café’s which Salcombe has on offer.

Internally, the property is spread over three floors and offers spacious living areas and bedrooms. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room. Externally, the property benefits from views over the town centre, across to the Estuary and reaching to East Portlemouth. The entrance to the apartment is via a walled courtyard at the rear of the property.

Please note: this property only accepts bookings with a Friday to Friday changeover all year. Short breaks may be accepted by prior arrangement - please check with the owner directly for more information.

A travel cot can be provided free of charge.
