Whistlewinds is a spacious house situated in a quiet residential area in Teignmouth, within easy reach of the town centre this is the ideal location for exploring South Devon.

Internally, the property has been furnished to a high standard throughout and offers far reaching sea views from many rooms. The dining area makes the most of the views and is situated in front of sliding glass doors that lead out to a large balcony. Externally, Whistlewinds benefits from mature gardens and a large pond to the front of the property.

Teignmouth is a lively sea side town, boasting an array of shops, cafes and also a sandy beach complete with pier. Teignmouth is also a working commercial shipping port, located on the estuary of the River Teign. The town is ideally placed to explore the attractions and natural beauty of the local area, with Torquay, Exeter, Dawlish and Dartmoor all within a short drive.

All prices include towels (unless otherwise stated on the web), bed linen, gas and electricity. Each booking also incurs a non-refundable booking fee of £25 (which is included in the prices above). Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
