1 Manor Farm Road is situated on the “Two Coves” development. Formerly the Duporth Holiday Village, the site comprises of a collection of newly built properties offering an enclosed garden, allocated parking and close proximity to the private Duporth Sands, within just a 5 minute coastal path walk.

The property benefits from a spacious kitchen area which leads out into the enclosed garden providing the ideal opportunity for al fresco dining. Externally, guests will benefit from the off-street parking as well as the private residents’ pathway which leads to the secluded Duporth Bay.

The neighbouring village of Charlestown remains a working port and a real draw for those in search of a traditional working port. Charlestown town is also home to two pubs, a hotel and two restaurants, offering everything from traditional pub grub with local real ales, to a la carte dining.

Only a couple of miles away from Duporth is St Austell, the largest town in Cornwall and home to a selection of independent shops. Here guests can experience the world famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, these major attractions attract worldwide visitors and provide an enjoyable day out for all ages.

There are a number of great pubs selling great pub grub and a fine selection of St. Austell Breweries ales, shopping options galore in the newly redeveloped White River Place in the town centre and a fine assortment of beaches to enjoy a last day on the sand. The Clay Trail is a great way of exploring the history of the town, which dates back to the middle ages, via the stunning coastal and countryside views.

Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
