A 2 bedroom duplex apartment, sleeps 4. Close to the beach at Bigbury-on-Sea with superb sea views

Bigbury-on-Sea lies within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has stunning views across the award winning beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Challaborough. It offers an ideal location for a variety of watersports, great coastal walks, and has a beautiful cliff top 18 hole Golf Course, with outstanding views of the moors and sea in all directions. Just a few minutes away from the property there is a surf school - perfect for the young and young at heart.

Close by, there is a Post Office and Stores where your holiday shopping can be ordered and delivered for your convenience. There are several eateries including the award winning Venus Café located next to the beach, which offers local organic produce. The Pilchard Inn, located on Burgh Island, offers good basic food and a selection of fine ales.

Burgh Island is linked to Bigbury-on-Sea by a short sandy causeway which covered at high tide, can only be crossed using the unique sea tractor. At low tide, the historic Burgh Island is just a short walk away, where famous guests of the beautiful Art Deco hotel include Agatha Christie, The Beatles, Noel Coward and Edward and Mrs Simpson.

Furnished with a leather three seater sofa and matching two seater sofa, LCD TV with basic Sky package, DVD/VHS player and an IPod docking station.

The fully-fitted kitchen comprises oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Full utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle and toaster.

Bedroom one

Located on the top floor with breathtaking rural and sea views.

Furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets complete with lamps and a double wardrobe.

Bedroom two

Located on the ground floor.

Furnished with 'zip & link beds,' bedside cabinet with lamp and a wardrobe.

There is also a walk in shower cubicle.

Please note: 'Zip and Link beds,' can be made up as twin beds or a 6' double bed on request.

Bathroom:

Family bathroom comprises bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c.

There is a cloakroom w.c. located on the ground floor, comprising a wash basin, cabinet, mirror and w.c.

There is also a shower cubicle in bedroom two.

Outside:

Balcony off the living area with a table and chairs, and panoramic sea views.

Allocated parking for one car.

Located just a few minutes walk from the beach, and close to Burgh Island.

Nearby there is the Venus Cafe on the beach, a Post Office and convenience store.
