Villa Sanna is located in Combe Martin, a village which lies between the sea and the western edge of Exmoor. The property itself benefits from rural and far reaching sea views and is just a short walk from Combe Martin Beach.

Internally, Villa Sanna is furnished to a high standard with wood flooring throughout, whilst externally, offers a large, furnished garden area and views across the countryside.

Combe Martin is situated in the heart of North Devon’s coastline on the edge of Exmoor National Park in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the beach at Combe Martin having been awarded the Seaside Quality award in recent years. The attractions of The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Dinosaur and Wildlife Park and Watermouth Castle and Family Theme Park are all a short drive away.

The nearby town of Ilfracombe, a relatively unspoilt town that retains a Victorian charm, provides a great selection of restaurants, including the Damien Hirst ’11 Quay’ restaurant, cafes and attractions including the aquarium.

The quay is busy with fishing and leisure boats and it is from here that tourists can take a cruise to the isle of Lundy with its wealth of coastal birds, seals and basking sharks.

Beyond the town, golden sandy beaches are great for families wishing to explore the rock pools, fly kites or build sandcastles as well as for surfers wanting to take to the waves. The dramatic coastline and Exmoor offer plenty of walks for hikers of all levels.

Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
