We are a couple with five children

Everything is nice, furniture, location,it s gay and full of light, near everything you need and a calm and residential neighbourhood in The middle of The city
My husband and I just spent 10 days in this apartment and found it to be even better equipped than we imagined. Marcella, the manager, provided fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, coffee, milk and butter to kickstart our stay, and we bought bread from the French bakery located across the street. The air conditioners kept us comfortable during the hot weather, and the spaciousness of the rooms and the terraces made for a relaxed stay. We brought back a case of wine from Terroir, the friendly wine shop a block away recommended by the owner. Very helpful was a lead on a place to change dollars, a place we visited too often! Though the apartment is not in the middle of the tourist district, few cab rides rarely cost more than 500 pesos (around $4.00 at the current exchange rate), and we rode the subways everywhere with ease. Important to us was the peacefulness of the tree-lined neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment!
This apartment is was just excellent all around, as was the service. Dealing with the owner and manager was wonderful. The apartment is well-kept, has all the amenities at home and in a nice and quiet neighborhood in a perfect location with easy access to cafes and restaurants and taxis, as well as a beautiful park.
We spent 4 weeks in this lovely apartment, and enjoyed our stay in Buenos Aires very much. We were participating in a week-long conference at La Rural, for which the apartment was a wonderful base.
Silvia (owner) and Marcela (property manager) have thought of almost everything to make guest’ stay your stay as easy and problem-free as possible. The informative welcome information pack is full of useful details and tips, including facilities, what to do in the area, recommended restaurants, etc. And nothing was too much trouble – from advice and assistance with booking taxis, changing money (be aware ATM withdrawals can be re problematic in Argentina) through to advice on purchasing artworks at the end
Palermo is a great location to walk, explore and get to know. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance - grocery stores, great restaurants, bakeries, laundry facilities, pharmacies, and even a hospital. We used taxis a little at the beginning, but once we had obtained sube cards we used the subway (a little) and the buses (a lot) and felt much more like locals. The No. 34 down to Aguirre in Villa Crespo takes you to the best shopping for leather products in BA!
Unfortunately the weather was a little chilly so we didn’t take full advantage of the upstairs balcony – which would have been the perfect place to relax in warmer weather. We found a number of restaurants very near which impressed: La Catedral (corner of Demaria & Sinclair), La Fondu (across the street) and Café Coco.
Another advantage of the location which we enjoyed was the proximity to Jorge Newbery airport – we made several domestic fllghts to Iguazu nd Cordoba, and it was so quick and easy arriving ‘home’ later in the evening to jump in a taxi and be ‘home’ in 5 minutes.
It’s a long trip to & from Australia, but we look forward to visiting BA again and hope to stay in Palermo again. Just be careful where you step when walking in the neighbourhood :).
Our stay in Buenos Aires was fantastic. After much research online, we decided to book a vacation rental at this property and are very glad that we did. Let me begin by sharing that the photos and description of the condo on VRBO are spot on. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay as positive as possible. A few examples: cell phone left at the condo to make local calls, electric adapters for USA plugs, welcome letter with all kinds of information on what to do in the area, recommended restaurants, etc. Marcela and Ernesto who work in partnership with Silvia, the owner, both made our stay all the more seamless and pleasurable.
Palermo is a great location to walk and explore not only Rosedale Park 1 block away but also the neighborhood itself. You can easily spend hours each day walking around. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance - grocery stores, great restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and even a hospital. We also used the taxis regularly to get around other parts of the city and found the fares very reasonable. We were extremely comfortable in the Palermo area and never felt unsafe.
Highly recommend you visit Buenos Aires. In fact, we enjoyed the area so much, we will return. Also highly recommend you rent this condo. I am confident in saying you will be pleased you did.
My husband and I just spent 2 weeks in and around Buenos Aires. Having our little apartment to call home was the perfect respite from the busy city. The location couldn't have been better and Marcela managed the visit very well, helping us with many questions. It is near many parks and museums and not far from the subway. With restaurants, shops and boutiques within walking distance, it was perfect. We felt safe and secure in and around the area. We recommend this property!
This is my second time staying at the Palermo apartment. I loved it so much the first time that I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is a few blocks from all the action, but just far enough away to enjoy some quiet when needed. The main park in BA is literally across the street - a nice perk. We found a few restaurants nearby that impressed: Las Cortaderas, Hilda's for cafe au lait and tortas, Rio Alba. We walked everywhere from the apartment: Recoleta, Palermo Soho, you name it. The space is charming, classy, and relaxing. I especially love the upstairs balcony - the perfect place to enjoy a glass of vino after running around the city all day. Working with the owner and the property manager was easy. I just can't say enough good things about staying here, and I truly look forward to returning.
