Taking its inspiration from Miami's South Beach district, it provides a new standard in contemporary living and has been designed to complement its unique location, providing a tranquil space, yet keeping pace with the cosmopolitan lifestyle that's on offer in Newquay.

The open plan living space utilises the natural light and the extensive glazing makes the most of the exceptional scenery. Comfort and convenience have been built-in to provide you with a perfect base to pursue an active or relaxing lifestyle.

Situated on the ground floor, apartment 14 boasts a large patio area with stunning views over Newquay Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. There is secure allocated parking for one car.

The location of Zinc is enviable, positioned on the popular Headland Road, Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf Course are just moments away. For a great selection of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions, the town centre can be reached within a 10 minute walk.

Please note: check in time for this property is from 4:30pm. A cot and highchair can be provided.

A £200 security deposit will be required for bookings of 5 or more adults.

Please note: bookings for Christmas and New Year 2012/13 must be made in accordance with the following:

Departures by 10am on Thursday 27th December 2012.

No arrivals until 4.30pm on Saturday 29th December 2012.

No back to back bookings on 4th January 2013.

Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival.
