10 Harbour View is a two bedroom luxury waterside apartment, perched on Newquay's harbour. This prime location offers uninterrupted views down to the harbour and across the sandy beaches of Newquay.

Internally, the apartment is spacious and well equipped and offers light, open plan living areas. Externally, the apartment offers a Juliet balcony with far reaching harbour and sea views. The surfing hotspot, Fistral Beach is right on the doorstep, offering some of the finest surfing conditions in the UK.

Located next door to Harbour View is the popular Red Lion pub which serves traditional pub food and offers a range of live entertainment during the evening.

Newquay town centre can be reached within a fifteen minute walk and here you will find a bustling town bursting with shops, cafes and restaurants. Newquay also offers an array of family attractions including Newquay Zoo and The Blue Reef Aquarium which make for great days out.

Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
