We are offering our million dollar beach front home for your enjoyment. Located on a tropical barrier island, Chateau Le Mer will captivate you with its fabulous ocean views, luxurious furnishings, stained glass windows, and spectacular sunsets. This nearly new, CLEAN, beachfront home features 3 bedrooms, all with direct ocean views, 2 baths with exotic European tile and full kitchen amenities including all brand new appliances January 2012 including refridgerator, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, blender, trash compactor, microwave and water purification system. Rental includes all linens, dishes and utensils and a free dock slip for your boat. A water taxi also services the island. Little Gasparilla Island is known for its seclusion, privacy, beautiful beaches and fantastic shells, world class snook and tarpon fishing (charters nearby), , kayak,canoe, wave runner, and golf cart rentals nearby and there are also boat rentals and 2 nearby marinas. My family and I stayed here in May/2010. We found the house to be beautiful and in a great location on the beach. The screen porch is fantastic and the top deck gives another great outdoor space to enjoy. The owners were more than kind, sending over a neighbor when we had a question about the TV. I would love to stay here again, a true island retreat!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
