Come enjoy Southern Breeze in Seagrove! This cozy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home (new for 2023!) sleeps up to 9 guests. This home is located in The Village of Sugar Beach and only 200 yards from the beautiful sandy beach off Highway 30A. When you don't feel like a day a the beach, enjoy access to the neighborhood pool.

As you walk up to the home, you will notice the large wrap-around porch, perfect for your morning cup of coffee. When you walk through the front door, you'll be greeted by an open concept living and dining area with gorgeous updated flooring. There's a convenient half bath off of the dining/kitchen. New updates include a 1st floor king master suite. And upstairs you'll an additional king suite plus 2 more bedrooms. These 2 rooms share a full size bathroom just off the stairs.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed. Private bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Private bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk bed.

Beach Access:
Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

Village of Sugar Beach:
Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy. Local shops and favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Minutes away is Deer Lake State Park, offering miles of biking trails. Seaside is only a 1 ½ miles away where you can enjoy events throughout the year.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beautiful home, great location but not for pool lovers

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Breeze was a beautiful home on a quiet street just a short walk from the beach. The open concept felt spacious. My family loved that each kid could have their own room. Kitchen was well appointed (grilling tools Would be a welcome addition)While beautifully decorated and clean upon first sight, the floors turned our socks black. Loved catching early sun on the front porch and cool breezes out on the back screened in porch. Thought we’d be ok with a community pool but it looked run down so we didn’t use it. Every home around us had a private pool and we could hear kids splashing. Next time we would likely choose a home with a private pool or a useable yard with space to get outside. We enjoyed the easy walk to beach and surrounding restaurants. Overall a good experience.

Beach Vacation

Fun stay. Public beach space is quite limited - seems like that should’ve been called out. Basic sundries will need to be refreshed if you’re staying long, e.g. coffee filters, paper towels, bathroom tissue, etc. Fun stay.

Great spot for a vay-cay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. The house was very clean and just as described. The neighborhood pool is almost as far as the beach, but the beach is very close (so neither are very far). We loved the pizza place around the corner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: loved staying at Southern Breeze...and will stay here again ! The upstairs bathroom had a dirty wet towel hanging behind door and sheets on guest bedroom had some hair on them ....but was easy to fix just throw them in the washing machine. Again we loved the place and give it 5 stars and will be back to stay here again !!!!
