Re-Scheduling & Cancellation: We are always accommodating to our guest's needs. In the event you need to reschedule your week, we will be happy to apply your deposit to another available week this season. If you need to cancel your booking, you can request your monies back up to 45 days before your reserved dates. We will immediately re-list your week as available for rental, at a reduced rate, in order to fill the cancelled reservation. If the week re-rents, upon receipt of those funds, we will promptly return your deposit, minus the difference between your deposit and any reduction amount of the cancelled reservation week. If your reserved dates can not be re-rented, your deposit will be forfeited.
