Beautifully furnished 6 BR, 4 BA home in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island available for rental. Our home is on the Ocean Golf Course with spectacular views of the 2nd tee and fairway. We are only 5 houses from the nicest beach on Hilton Head Island. Our home has a heated pool, basketball court, sunroom and is on an oversized 1 acre private lot with lagoon view. It is spacious with a formal dining room, sunroom, living room, dinette, den, kitchen, laundry room and 6 bedrooms. The house is fully loaded with all amenities including 7 TV's and VCR's, DVD players, computer, hi-speed internet, gas BBQ & a 3 zone stereo system. Tennis courts (72) are a short bicycle ride away. In Sea Pines Plantation there are many activities available including horseback riding, boating, jet skis, a forest preserve, 50 miles of bicycle paths, 3 championship golf courses, an the famous Harbor Town Marina and Lighthouse. Additional Info: Our home is very unique as it is in Sea Pines and sits on 1 acre and offers a lot of privacy. It is on the beachwalk, 5 houses from the beach. Our backyard overlooks the Ocean Golf Course 2nd tee. We have a large 2 tiered deck with the pool on the lower tier. Our house is spacious with a formal dining room, sunroom, living room, dinette, den, kitchen, laundry room and 6 bedrooms. The house is fully loaded with all amenities including 7 TV's and VCR's, DVD player, computer, high speed wireless internet, gas BBQ and a 3 zone stereo system. We also have a basketball court.

Other Activities: Great restaurants. Savannah and Charleston are nearby.

Great vacation home in Hilton Head Island

We visited HHI with an extended family of 16 people and loved the home. It was very spacious with lots of room to spead out. The backyard, deck and pool are even nicer than the photos. There is an upper and lower area and it is very private. My father liked watching golfers at the second tee of the Ocean Golf Course hitting balls into the water!

I was able to get some work done as the home has wireless high speed internet. The living room is away of the kitchen and den and offered a quiet area to relax. My kids were thrilled with all the TV's, VCR's and DVD players. They were easily able to hook up their Playstation. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and we were able able to all sit indoors or outside for dinner. There were a bunch of new beds and nice furniture.

The beach was quiet and away from the crowds. It was less than a five minute walk along the beachwalk past 4 houses. We were able to walk on the beach to the Sea Pines Beach Club for a drink and entertainment, but then escape back to our quieter area.

Some recommendations: Seafood Buffet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stripes for a nice dinner, Sticky Fingers was enjoyed by the whole family and has large tables.

All in all it was a great vacation and a lovely home. We look forward to returning to next summer!
