This large and fully renovated apartment is situated right within the heart of Berlin, at the district "Mitte". The building was formerly used as a dance school, which shows by the high ceilings and characteristic wooden floor. This 4-room apartment (145m2) is perfectly suited for couples and large groups.

Room one: Kitchen, couch, dining table and flatscreen TV

Room two: Double bed and couch

Room three: Double bed, couch and flat-screen TV

Room four: Double bed

Bathroom one: Bath and toilet

Bathroom two: Shower and toilet

The bathrooms are accessible from each room individually.

The couches in the kitchen area and bedrooms can also be used as bed, extra linen will be provided
Nearest Airport : Schönefeld at 25 Kilometres

This apartment is located in the lively neighbourhood Mitte, with the Rosenthalerplatz at your doorstep. Since the entrance of the apartment is located in a private courtyard, you will have a good night sleep without the noise of the never sleeping night-life of Berlin.

At the Rosenthalerplatz you will find various bars, restaurants which are open 24 hours a day, public transport to all districts of Berlin, taxi stands and arty lunchroom's. Mitte is full of calm green parks, exclusive small shops and tasty restaurants but you can also find a big supermarket around the corner to fill up your fridge and cook your meal at home.

Schöne renovierte und moderne Wohnung in guter Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig - einfach super.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our accommodation (Labyrinth) in Berlin over July 17 to 22. The owner, Baha Topal, could not have been more helpful. He is a fine fellow! The accommodation was exactly as advertised and with the discount was relatively inexpensive, so a great value. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to many interesting restaurants, shops, and tourist sights. And the superb Berlin public transit was only meters away. Only recommendation would be to improve ventilation in the apartment since there are only a couple windows on one side of the apartment. I also want to compliment DirectStay on the high quality of your services, which I will recommend to my friends.
