Beautiful penthouse, ideal for tourists or for business, located in the famous Barrio Salamanca in central Madrid, full of shops, restaurants, along the Golden Mile, Goya market and well connected by metro and bus. The house is very quiet and bright, has a double bedroom, large lounge with a large south facing terrace with a sofa bed. It has fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room. The apartment has wifi, TV, DVD and air conditioning and double glazed windows, fully insulated from any noise. Includes kitchenware, linens, towels. The environment is perfectly connected by public transport, the metro stop 'list' (line 2) a 2 min walk and metro 'Goya' (liena 2 and 4) a 5 min walk, on the other hand has several lines Bus
