Villa with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one living room, a veranda, 500 sq.m.

This is a recently built villa, finished last Spring, situated between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, in front of the sea (about 1 Km from the closest beach).

On the ground floor there are two double bed-rooms, a living room with well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

On the lower floor there are two double bed-rooms and one bathroom.

A large veranda, equipped with an open fireplace, table and chairs, overlooks the garden (600 sq.m. wide) with an amazing view.

Two parking places are available.

The villa is in a great location, just a short drive of about 10 minutes from the Olbia airport, and very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Smeralda Coast.

The location is very convenient, because is very close to Olbia Airport and the ferry boats ports (Olbia and Golfo Aranci. There are two amazing beaches very close to the villa, Cala Sassari and Spaiggia Bianca. Porto Around is 10 minutes drive and in 30 minutes you can get to Porto Cervo and Baia sardinia, in the amazing Costa Smeralda.
