This lovely apartment is located on the beautiful hills of Massarosa, few minutes far from the most beautiful Versilian beaches and the center of Viareggio, with its famois promenade in Art Nouveau style. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher machine, dining table, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV. There is a bathroom with shower, one bedroom with double bed. From the living room you get to the garden of 50 square meters with gazebo, barbecue and table with 4 chairs for lunches and dinners. Laundry room with washing machine. Safe.
