Looking for a super self- catering holiday rental in Marbella, then our beautiful town house on the prestigious Golden Mile ,between Marbella and Puerto Banus,is the answer. Our holiday townhouse is able to offer you a l, comfortable and romantic holiday. It is on Las Lomas del Marbella club pueblo which is one of the few village style complexes along the coast. The unique Pueblo is built around typical picturesque spanish Andalucian squares, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, Moorish wooden doors and wrought iron work.The garden and vegetation are so colourful with a hint of Africa and the exotic. The pool must be one of the most beautiful along the coast and is heated for a large part of the shoulder months.Perfect place to relax on you holiday.The Pueblo whilst it is in a perfect location for the beach,central Marbella and Puerto Banus , it is a real oasis.Also a great location to go sightseeing from, visit the Alhambra, Seville,the whitewashed villages and Ronda.

Malaga airport is 35 minutes drive or Gibraltar airport 45 minutes.Within 2.5 hours you can visit all the world famous beautiful Andalucian cities of Seville , Cadiz, Cordoba and the Alhambra in Granada You can even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada within 2.5 hours drive.     Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.

    Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10.30am.
    A security deposit of £300 is payable at the time of the final installment and will be refunded within 14 days of the holiday subject to damages, breakages and the return of the key etc.
  • We normally rent Saturday - Saturday but we will if possible consider other changeover dates . Also we rent by the week but if we have availabilty we would consider renting for a lesser period, the minimum would be 4 days.

  • Both bathrooms are a good size and have double sinks and very good showers. The bathrooms have marble floors surfaces.We provide hair dryers.

  • The master bedroom has plenty of space and we can provide a travel cot if requested. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and hanging space. Also they are both very cool in the summer and have overhead fans. They also have mosquito screening, shutters and blinds which help keep the heat and light out. They are both very comfortable rooms and the beds are very comfortable. All bedding and towels are provided. Please note that maid service is not provided during your stay and if you wish to have a mid stay clean and the sheets and towels changed there is an extra charge.

Notes: Our Holiday townhouse is very comfortably furnished and fully equipped and ideal for a self-catering holiday. We have put a lot of thought into making it as comfortable as possible so that you will enjoy your holiday rental. The house and the Pueblo is very andalucain in style. We mainly tend to only book Saturday-Saturday but we try and be flexible with changeover dates if it is at all possible but it is obviously more difficult at busy times of year. Whilst the house is not ideal for the infirmed as the house is on 2 floors we are able to drive the car directly to the front door which is a great advantage for unloading the car. There is ample parking .

The House: The house sleeps 4 comfortably, 1 double bedroom with a 6 ft bed and a twin room, both ensuite. Upstairs there is a homely sitting room with French doors overlooking the square and to the back more French doors opening on to our private patio. We have satellite TV, video, DVD air conditioning/hot and cold and an open fire for cosy winter evenings. Throughout the house the flooring is the traditional terracotta tiling. The kitchen is fully fitted with marble worktops. It has everything you need to prepare a snack or to entertain. It has dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler drier, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, kettle, toaster, iron etc.

Marbella & Puerto Banus: Being in the heart of Marbella and Puerto Banus the choice of things to do is vast. If you wish to play tennis there are 2 very good clubs, one within 5 mins walk. For golfers there are too many golf courses to mention. You could play a different course every day. If your interest is walking there is beautiful walking in the mountains of the National Park behind Marbella 15 mins drive from the house. Inland 10 mins drive away you have the beautiful white washed villages to explore. If you feel like a day trip there is Seville,Cordoba Granada and the Alhambra, The Sierra Nevada ski slopes, the Moorish town of Ronda, Cadiz, Gibraltar and the windy coast around Tarifa where you can watch 100s of kite boarders, a fantastic sight. Why not also explore Malaga, the birthplace of Picasso and visit its newly opened Picasso museum or why not just relax around our swimming pool.

Ski: From the house you can drive 2.5 hours to the ski resort in the Sierra Nevada. You could easily go for the day. An easy drive and a very user friendly resort. You could be on the slopes by 11am and enjoy the sunshine. Skiing at over 3000meters. For the non skiers in the party they could visit the Alhambra Palace nearby in Granada.

Golf: We are surrounded by very good golf clubs. Plenty of choice and availabilty

Other Activities: 2.5 hours drive from the house you can ski in the Sierra Nevada or visit Andalucain towns of Seville and Granada

The Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfy, well equiped and quiet, as was the beautiful pueblo. We didn`t use the pool , because the beach was so handy and we had ten days of warm sunshine, (not bad for October) , but did eat on the patio everyday. We will be back.

My family (me, husband and 8 and 15year old) stayed for a week in August 2009 and had a fantastic time. The house is lovely, clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated and in a good location for Marbella and Puerto Beanus. The pool is georgous and very quiet, the beach a 10-15 minute walk but worth it as it is one of the nicest beaches I have been to. We had day trips to a water park in Torremelenos(?) and a day trip to Gibralter. I would recommend this house to anyone but you do need a car. We would love to return one day.
