Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  We can quote for other rental periods & prices other than the advertised, please enquire.
  A non-refundable deposit of 34% of total rental amount is required when booking for 6 days or less.
  A non-refundable deposit of €400 is required when booking for weekly or monthly terms.
  Balance to be paid at least 12 days prior to your arrival date (10 banking days).
  A cash security/damage deposit of €400 is payable upon your arrival and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your departure date providing everything is normal with the villa and its contents. You agree to pay in full for any losses or damage above the normal breakage/wear/tear to fixtures, fittings, furnishings etc, or damage to the property.
• Air-Conditioning: the cost of any air-conditioning is included in the price. Under no circumstances should the air-conditioning units be left on continuously while the property is not occupied, such as while you are at the beach or shopping for the day.
  
  Prices indicated are for maximum 6 people, additional child up to age 3 years no charge. The party size should not exceed that stated on the reservation form unless discussed with & agreed to by the owner(s) before. Attempts otherwise we reserve the right to evict the whole party without refund.
  
  Check-in & Check-out times: Times are flexible depending on other bookings for the villa.
  The property will be available from 15:00pm on the day of your arrival (sooner if possible). The property should be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure to allow time for cleaning and servicing before the next renters arrive.
• Payments can be made directly to owners bank account by bank wire transfer or payment can be made through PayPal. All bank wire transfer fees & PayPal fees are responsibility of renter when making payment(s). If payment is made through PayPal, the PayPal fees will be included in the PayPal invoice(s) when sent to the renter. Please indicate payment preference when requesting booking.
  
  During occupation you are expected to assume all reasonable responsibilities for the safety and security of the property. (For example, ensuring that the property is secure when you go out, supervising young children to avoid domestic hazards).
  
  Homeowner(s) assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or
  humans while on the premises. We recommend you take out travel/medical insurance for your trip.
