With three major world-class ski resorts only one minute away and within 45 min of another six major ski resorts. This new fully furnished home is located at the base of the Olympic Park.

The five bedrooms on three separate floors invites a lot of privacy and comfort. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, private full bath. The master has its own walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with large soaker tub along with separate shower. This provides plenty of space for all your items. Two of the other bedrooms upstairs have really nice, brand new queen bunk beds, or if you don't need the bunks you can just use the lower queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs is set up as another master suite with a king bed and a bathroom. Then downstairs there is a really large room with 2 sets of queen bunks with a private bathroom. Each of these 4 rooms also has room for lots of storage.

On the main level, you will find the family room and kitchen and another bathroom. The kitchen appliances are all up-graded! The home comes with all cooking supplies there ready to be used. The family room has 4 sofa's with a gas burning fireplace, local newspaper, calendar of events, and weather information. There is also your own private hot tub on the deck along with a great big gas BBQ. There is also a 2 car garage, driveway, and then lots of parking out front as well.

This house is so beautifully decorated with all brand new furniture. Everything is high end and all linens and towels included.

The clubhouse located on site has a pool (pool closed in the winter), hot tub, game room, and all sorts of fun activities.

About The Owner

My family and I travel as often as possible. However we keep coming back to the fact that there is no better place then this quiet, clean home in Bear Hollow village. We love to come here with friends and stay for the weekend. We mix it up between all 3 ski resorts and when it's not booked take every chance we get to stay here. We love Park City and all of it's aspects. After staying here you will feel the same!

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2005

We love staying here with it's perfect proximity to the Olympic Ski Park, Cinema and Bowling Alley, outlet shopping, main street and all the ski resorts. There is no better location in Park City! Coming home for an outdoor adventure is the best! I get to soak in the hot tub and then watch a movie with friends and family!

I I love Vacation Rentals. I travel often and am constantly taking others ideas and implementing them in our vacation units. You will love this home as I do. The clean air, wonderful neighbors and beautiful surroundings make this an unforgettable experience! We have had 2 couples get engaged here because of it's location and beautiful surroundings!

Wonderful Weekend!!!!!!

This weekend I went for my birthday and had an excellent time! It was so spacious and could fit everyone in there and we had so much fun. The hot tub was the best because we spent many hours out there while it was snowing around us. It was a great Birthday weekend to spend with my friends! Plus the owners are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So attentive and on the ball. Would FOR SURE stay again!

Very Beautiful and fun time.

We had a group of 14 girls for a Bunko night and other fun events. We used the pool, fitness center and little park with the tables and bque. It was beautiful weather. Everything was perfect with the house. We look forward to another trip. Thanks again!
