Cottage is on a private road with 3.11 acres and 250 ft of water frontage that includes a sandy beach. Cottage cannot be seen from the road or by its neighbors. Cottage is heated and water supply is from a deep well. Here is where you will find privacy and quiet. Occupancy of the premises is limited to six people and two vehicles. Rust Pond, named after the Rust family, is 1 1/2 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. Bass, perch & pickerel are found in the Pond. The Pond is also ideal for water sports.
