This house was great! We usually stay at a friends house but they don't have a pool. This was our first year with a pool and it was great! We lounged by the pool, played a ton of ping pong and the kids got a lot of use out of the game systems. We also played board games (also provided by the owner). The kitchen was well equipt with everything that you would need to make your meals. We also used the outside cooler to store our drinks!
The only down side to this rental is that everything costs extra. Early check in (1:00 instead of 4:00), heat for the pool, everything. Not used to that since my friend doesn't charge for all the extra's. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay and I would tell anyone who would want to rent it to do so.

We had a blast staying here! The owners put a lot of thought into everything they equipped the house with, e.g. beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys/gear, baby gear (gates, high chair, playpen, toddler flatware/plates), DVDs, etc. We recommend bringing your own bikes or renting them. Bike friendly town with lots of bike paths, and makes the trek down to the beach much easier. The walk to the beach is a little long for toddlers, so bring a wagon, stroller, or pull a child trailer behind a bike.
