WHITE MOUNTAINS TOWNHOUSE * WATERVILLE ESTATES * SPORTS CENTER!

Overall, we had a great stay in the condo. The description is exactly accurate! The location is very secluded, a bit of the way up the main road, but still only about 6 mins to the I93, so perfect central spot for families going on adventures daily! The rec centre was a great bonus, as we were able to take the kids there every evening to play in the pool while the adults relaxed. We ate up there one night, it served good pub food. The unit has a BBQ and all amenities - with a grocery store 2 exits down the road, we were set. We did eat at one of the local restaurants (Sunset Grill) - it was good. There is nothing that is withing walking distance, which was fine for us.

The condo itself was great - clean and well laid out, so that the kids could go to bed and the adults could stay up, 2 bathrooms and laundry. There is an additional bedroom in the basement with bunk beds that is not pictured. We all slept in the basement because it was 30+ degrees all week, so it was quite warm! Beautiful views, great back yard, easy access and great owners! Bill was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions, as well as directing me where to go for anything we needed!

Can't say enough great things about the stay - we will definitely be back!

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was lovely. The drive up to the property showed that the property is secluded, off the main roads, yet not too far to stores with supplies if needed. This provided wonderful night time sky views. An added bonus was the side of the property facing the mountains was sloped down, making a natural, private sledding hill! Plus, the townhouse had several sleds, sno-tubes, and even a snowboard to use. There was fresh snow, and it added an exciting event for our trip! The sunrises and sunsets over the mountains were wonderful to watch from the living room, master bedroom, or the deck. There were plenty of board games to add fun by the fire in the evenings. Many of the the town and shops of Waterville Valley were open during Thanksgiving weekend - another added bonus.The townhouse was a comfortable, inviting place to stay for the holiday weekend.

My stay at this condo with soul cleansing views was far above my expectations and everything I hoped for.

From the serenity of the back deck to the beautiful fireplace, this home provided what any lover of New Hampshire's mountains & lakes coul possibly want.

Every morning is greated by a spectatular view across a beautiful valley which is framed on all sides by majestic mountain peaks.

The location could not be better. We easily travelled across the Kangamangus highway and looped back through the Franconia Notch via Rt 302 on one day and the next day, we conveneniently drove down to Weirs beach to take the cruise aboard the Mt. Washington.

If you're looking for good restaurants, there are many to choose from. Or you can just grill a few steaks as the sun sets out on the back patio.
