Walking into the villa you will be taken by the breathtaking views to the sea over to Gibraltar and Africa. It has a large living room with an elegant red leather sofa, NEW flat screen TV with ASTRA SAT TV and Spanish tdt, stereo system and direct access to the covered terrace.

As this villa is on an elevated position you always have a fresh breeze and great views from the majority of the villa. The gardens are spectacular as the owners take great pride in maintaining them and have planted tomatoes, mango trees, fig trees, peppers etc. At night you can enjoy a BBQ by the pool. The main bedroom is located on the top floor and has access to a large terrace overlooking the glittering sea and air/conditioning.

There is a second empty room, which can be used as a play room or if necessary for an extra bed, but it does not have any curtains. There is a separate large bathroom with a corner bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs and have access to the garden.

There is an additional bedroom without curtains on the top floor, which can be used for 2 more people. A double bed can be added for 150€ per week or a single bed for 80€ per week.

Wireless internet access is also available for 30 per week.

Estepona used to be a fishing village and has still retains a lo of its original charm. It is very Spanish and not as touristy as other resorts on the Costa del Sol. It has a 2.5km long promenade which stretches from one end of the town to the other end with several beach restaurants of different styles to fit all tastes. Estepona has many great restaurants and the nightlife takes place in the port as well as the local elegant discos.

It is a great place for families as the Spanish are very family orientated and there are several playgrounds along the promenade. In summer Estepona has many activities taking place here, like free Flamenco shows at night.

A must see is the Noche de San Juan on 23 June and the VIrgen del Carme 16 July when everybody goes to the beach at night to celebrate.

This property is located in the wonderful urbanization of Seghers which is located within walking distance to the beach, port of Estepona and Estepona town.

The house is located only 800m to the best beach of Estepona - Playa del Cristo. The port is about 1.5km away where you can find a supermarket open every day, many restaurants and bars/cafes - many of which offer free WIFI.

From here you can also take a trip on a boat to see dolphins or go on a scuba diving trip.

Time in Spain Holidays also has offices in the port/marina of Estepona.

A naturist beach is about 3km west of Estepona.
