This is an opportunity for one or two families to enjoy a memorable holiday in the heart of the French Riviera. Boasting light and airy interiors, the villa is ideal for those wanting to unwind and relax. With a stunning over-spill salt water pool, exercise area, sauna and two separate areas for alfresco dining the amenities will make you feel at home straight away.

Children will enjoy the playground, trampoline, ping pong table, basketball, even making their own pizza. When tired they can enjoy reading a book from the library, playing billiards or enjoying a film from the extensive collection of DVD’s watched on the state of the art surround sound system.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor and two on the first floor.

For the security conscious there is an intruder alarm and smoke detectors throughout the house that are connected to a monitoring service and can be activated by request.

The front door is also reinforced with a secondary wrought iron gate and magnetic lock.

Just Perfect!

Zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie (total 8 Personen) verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen.

Haus, Pool, Sitzplätze, Einrichtung und alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten (natürlich auch der Pizza-Ofen) waren super. Wir konnten die Woche sehr geniessen.

Leider verging die Zeit zu schnell. Ich hoffe, nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen zu sein!!!

A great place to unwind.

The villa is in a world of its own. In need of a rest, it proved a great place to relax and enjoy all that the south of France has to offer: good food, wonderful weather, a comfortable house with lots of room for everyone to follow their own holiday wishes, cicadas and exotic flowers, not to mention the view and the pool..an everlasting source of pleasure and refreshment. It is sufficiently near the house to allow you to be lazy while children play within sight. When in need of more excitement, we headed off to the various activity centres for children, the beach in the late afternoon, walks in the hills behind Vence (great for playing in the river and enjoying the cooler air of the woods), firework displays at St.Paul and Cannes, summer concerts. St Paul is a pleasant 20 minute walk away and a great place to spend a few hours wondering around the medieval town, with bars and restaurants to explore. There was always lots to do either enjoying life at the villa or going out and about, exploring. The house is comfortable and clean and any queries and needs were dealt with efficiently. An unforgettable holiday for all.

Très belle demeure! Vue imprenable et exquise

Cette propriété est fabuleuse!
Très ensoleillée, accueillante et propre.
Beaucoup de place, grand séjour, grande cuisine superbement équipée et des lits de bonnes qualités.
Le jardin est bien entretenu et la piscine de taille agréable.
Nous sommes venue avec nos amis, donc 8 adultes et nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et la verdure et surtout la vue sur St. Paul.
On se crois seul au monde, mais les magasins ne sont pas loin de même pour l’accès autoroute.
Nous avons fait de belles sorties à Monaco, Nice et Cannes.
Nous avons aussi visité St. Paul, Tourettes sur Loup et Gourdon.
Merci pour ce magnifique séjour.
Nous allons très certainement revenir.

Sagenhafte Villa!

Diese Villa ist ein Traum!
Es fehlt rein gar nichts an Komfort und die Sicht ist atemberaubend.
Das traumhafte Dorf von St. Paul liegt zum greifen nahe.
Absolut ideal für alle Altersstufen.
Wir waren über die Osterzeit für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Villa und werden garantiert wieder kommen.
Unsere Kinder Anja, Elke, Karl und Stefan (4 bis 12 Jahre) haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt. Tag ein, Tag aus im pool, im Kletterhaus und am ping pong Tisch.
Natürlich auch am Strand (nur 15 bis 20 Minuten per Auto) und "Danke" für den Tip mit dem Marineland. Die Killerwaal Show war eine Wucht!!!
Biot war einzigartig: Glasbläsern beim Handwerk zu schauen ist schon sehr interessant.
Wir haben es auch noch nach Eze und Gourdon geschafft. Traumhafte mittelalterliche Dörfchen mit provinziellen Spezialitäten Senf, Olivenöl, sagenhafter Wein und einer atemberaubenden Sicht!
2 Wochen waren tatsächlich nicht genug. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Wir freuen uns schon auf nächste Jahr.

This beautiful property enjoys a stunning view of St. Paul -
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all the fantastic amenities

Lovely atmosphere, beautiful lay out, great to relax in privacy.
Fun for the children, relaxing for us adults.
Only problem, time flies when you are having fun!
