The description of the property was scant.
Pros:
The property was oceanfront, very clean and well maintained.
Customer service from the owner and rental agent was superb, no snags.
I would recommend this property to friends.
We love Folly Beach, parking the car, and walking everywhere. We continue to try different restaurants and other facilities, we like being close to Charleston.

Cons:
TV in living area was small and outdated.
Wireless Internet reception was poor.
Excessive cleaning fee.
Don't like weather emergency costs and policies.

Overall experience, very good.
