Enjoy the lifestyle of the rich and famous in this affluent Villa Retreat. Luxurious amenities abound in this 6,500 square foot, three level, 5 Bedroom/4 ½ Bath custom home. Located in an affluent area of Las Vegas, close to the new Red Rock Casino and Resort, the Red Rock Country Club, Tournament Hills and Boca Park Shopping. A short 15 minute drive takes you to all the action on THE STRIP.

Step through the impressive front doors into a stately grand entry hall, boasting 24 foot ceilings, a glittering chandelier and a stair case that exudes old world elegance. Beautiful hardwood floors flow throughout the entry, formal dining room, and kitchen.

On the main level, the Great Room room enjoys a built-in big screen TV, stereo, a 250 gallon aquarium, a gas fireplace, oversized sofa, game table, stocked bookshelves and an adjacent built-in desk area.

For a quieter escape, step into the more intimate formal living room, with it's own gas fireplace.

The Gourmet Kitchen includes gorgeous granite cooking island with Dacor Gas Cook Top, Dishwasher, Trash Compactor, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Convection and Conventional Double Oven, Built-in Microwave, Walk-in Pantry, an informal breakfast nook, and many more items to delight every chef. A formal old-world dining room is located off of the kithchen.

The master suite, located on main level, includes an extra large platform-king-size bed, a huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, television, stereo, and a separate study/office room. The master bath is lavished with an oversized whirl pool tub, steam shower with dual shower heads and rain maker...a true spa experience!

Ascend upstairs to a large game room with pool table, fireplace, and access to an outdoor balcony with majestic mountain views.

3 large bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms each have king size beds and share a large bathroom, which has a separate shower and tub, along with separate vanities. The third upstairs bedroom enjoys it's own private ¾ bath, queen size bed and also has private access to the oversized upstairs back balcony.

The finished basement includes 10-seat cinema with overhead projection and Dolby surround sound, and a refreshment bar. Also located downstairs is a fifth bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom. Two comfortable twin beds are available for overflow.

The park-like back yard features a sparkling (available option April-October: heated for additional charge) swimming pool, 8 person spa, lush lawn area, outdoor speakers, barbeque, and a large covered patio.

Located in a gate-guarded neighborhood, this home has a private monitored Security Service for your peace of mind.

Fabulous house, spacious and super comfortable!

We stayed here for 5 days and everyone was sorry to leave! The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool is fantastic and the hot tub is great for relaxing in during the evening. The surrounding areas allow access to everything within a few minutes drive. Casinos, supermarkets, bars, golf courses and playgrounds are all nearby. We spent a lot of time at Red Rocks hiking and climbing and it was a quick 20 minute drive to the park. All in all this is a lovely property and well worth visiting! We hope to make a return visit later in the year.

We loved this place!

We stayed at this property for a birthday weekend, and were blown away by this gorgeous house! This place is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The house is incredibly roomy, and definitely has the 'wow' factor I was hoping for! We had six people staying here very comfortably, and it could definitely accommodate a larger group. There were a few things not working initially (the outdoor speakers by the spa for example), but fortunately we had an electrician in our group and he got them hooked back up. Our entire group was ready to move in by the end of our trip! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a glamorous place to stay in Vegas!
