A truly lovely, air-conditioned comfortable 4th floor apartment (with lift). Very centrally located, about 700 metres from the Colosseum and within easy walking distance of most of the major sights.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. One has a double bed and the other has two singles. The lounge has a double sofa bed. There are two completely modern bathrooms. One has a shower, the other a Jacuzzi bath. Both bathrooms are accessed from the hall/corridor. Also, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen which has a dining table, breakfast bar and is very comfortable as a second social area. The apartment is attractively decorated, welcoming and light.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with a lift. Though in the heart of Rome, it has double insulated windows. The inhabitants of Monti claim to be ‘genuine Romans’ and its lively atmosphere, local craft shops, restaurants and trattorias offer the visitor a wide choice that caters to varied tastes and budgets right on your doorstep. Local food and vegetable shops and supermarkets are close at hand.

The apartment location, Via Giovanni Lanza, connects with Piazza Vittorio at metro line A ( 200m, metro stop Vittorio), Via Cavour at the metro line B (450m, metro stop Cavour ) and walking to the Colosseum is about 700m , through the Colle Oppio on the back of the Colosseum/Forum.

Charming and Location perfect

Perfecto!, what an amazing place, we would highly recommend this apartment to any one that loves to be comfortable while discovering the wonders of Roma!, we even discovered a charming Pasta shop 2 blocks away where the owner makes homemade gnocci, so we a wonderful dinner from our well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were so elegant and the lovely landlady, Patrizia was so helpful and friendly. We considered this a perfect place for our perfect trip. Scores a 5 out of 5 for us.. Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Everything

Great apartment, clean, quiet, large, elevator, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location could not be better, close to historic and religous sites, termini, restaurants, and stores. Owners are friendly, helpful, met us when we arrived late due to flight delays. We have made numerous trips to Rome and this is by far the best apartment we have rented. This will be the first place we check on our next visit.

"Fantastic apartment very well located close to the Coliseum, Santa Maria Magliori and Termini train station with a lot of nice restaurants around for lunch or dinner.
The apartment is full equiped with everything you can need, even coffe, cleaning products, maps, guides, etc.
Patricia explained to us how to arrive and she was waiting to give us the key and explained to us everything we needed to expend our time in Rome.
The description of the apartment is really accurate, bedrooms are big, bathrooms are new, kitchen full-equiped, very clean .. and all was perfect!

We strongly recommend the apartment."

Lovely apartment

This is our 2nd stay in this comfortable apartment, and we will certainly try to stay here again on our next trip to Rome. The location on Giananni Lanza just a half block from Merulana is perfect. Walk to the Colosseum, Sta Maria Maggiore, grocery stores and restaurants. Don't miss Sta Prassede practically around the corner. A nice little restaurant which really is just around the corner is La Forchetta d'Oro. It's not a bit fancy, but the food is very tasty and at good prices, and the owner and staff are super friendly.
The apartment was clean and well supplied. The rental company could not have been more helpful. They arranged for taxi pickup at the airport for the 5 of us at a reasonable price and again for the return trip 8 days later.
I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to feel at home in Rome.
